Last night our group had the chance to play with some adorable puppies and learn about how the process really works when Angle Capone Pit Bull Rescue saves dogs from shelters. Last Monday the Rescue posted about Bridget and her puppies, (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=587180981301005&set=a.349717691714003.90704.337217886297317&type=1&theater) others only wanted to save the puppies and not Bridget, because she has heart worm disease. By setting up a donation page with the help of Middle Mutts, 113% of the $550 goal to save Bridget was met. Bridget is now undergoing heart worm treatment, and will hopefully be reunited with her puppies soon. The puppies went to their foster home where they will be cared for until the rescue can find them forever homes. This doggy family still needs your help though!
